Welcome to my website!

My name is Becky Crandall, and I am an associate professor of practice in the Adult and Higher Education (AHE) program at Oregon State University. I am also actively engaged in work with Rankin & Associates Consulting, LLC, an organization aimed at helping colleges and universities maximize equity.

With close to two decades of postsecondary leadership experience, including nine years in Student Affairs roles, I consider myself a “scholar-practitioner.” This identity shapes my approach to advising and teaching. It also informs my research on intercollegiate athletes, LGBTQ+ students, worldview diversity in higher education, and graduate students in higher education and student affairs programs.
